Cancellations

Cancellations or date changes of an excursion must be made by email (to the sender address of the confirmation).

• Changes and cancellations more than 48 hours before the ticket date: full or partial refund. In some cases, and when cancellations are voluntary, the customer bears any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the day of the excursion (2 days prior): 75 % of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations on the same day as the excursion: 100 % of the total is charged.

Should weather conditions prevent us from running the excursion, you are entitled to a refund of the booking amount, but not to any further claim on these grounds.

We always heed any alerts issued by the maritime authorities.

Cloudy weather or rain do not count as adverse weather conditions.
